Special adviser to the minister of interior and Chairman of the Federal Government Task Force on Monitoring & Enforcement of Nigerian Expatriate Business Permit & Expatriate Quota , Hon Bola Ilori has charged the illustrious sons and daughters of Ondo, politicians, business associations in Ondo to invest and contribute more to the development of the ancient city.
Hon Ilori made this statement during his courtesy visit to Ondo West Local Government, he harped on unity and deliberate efforts to collectively develop the community.
Ondo West Local Government Chairman, Hon Ebenezer Akinsulire, in company of the vice chairman, Hon Akintunde John Folajimi, Party leaders and the management team of the local government led by the Head of local Government Administration (HOLGA), Mr Olajide A.O. warmly received Hon ilori and the chairman thanked him for his leadership and invaluable contributions to the growth and development of the Kingdom.
The office of the chairman erupted in wild jubilation as Hon ilori announced his decision to henceforth pay for the prompt disposal of huge waste generated at the community central market (Moferere market) as part of his continuous contributions to the community. Traders, artisans, market women and the public will no longer have to pay for waste generated at the market. The burden has been taken away from them by Hon Bọla ilori.
In the same vein, Hon Bọla ilori was a guest of the community owned radio station Eki 100.9 FM where he thanked the Kabiyesi, Oba Victor Kiladejo for his leadership and passion for the progress of the Kingdom especially the Ondo City Master Plan, the formation of which Hon ilori played a major role.
He equally appreciated the people of the community for the perpetually promoting peace and development in the community.
The visit was rounded up with an insight into the political ideology of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who stands today as the best choice for the southwest in the 2023 Presidential election.
