In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, TPT International honoured the outstanding women within its workforce with a thoughtfully curated experience designed to celebrate their dedication, creativity, and the vibrant energy they bring to the organisation every day.
Observed annually on March 8, International Women’s Day recognises the achievements, resilience, and contributions of women across all spheres of society. The 2026 theme, “Give to Gain,” underscores the idea that when organisations invest in empowering women through recognition, opportunity, and support, everyone benefits. For TPT International, the day served not only as a celebration but also as a reflection of its enduring commitment to fostering an inclusive and empowering workplace.
Under the leadership of Adetokunbo Modupe, Chairman and Chief Consultant, the women of TPT International enjoyed a memorable movie and lunch outing, providing a relaxed space for connection, reflection, and enjoyment away from the usual rhythm of work. To further appreciate their contributions, the agency granted Monday, March 9, 2026, as a work-free day, allowing employees time to rest, recharge, and embrace the spirit of the day globally dedicated to celebrating women.
Speaking on the initiative, Modupe said:
“Women are an invaluable part of our organisation. Their intelligence, dedication, creativity, and positive spirit have shaped the growth and excellence of TPT International. While we celebrate women every day, International Women’s Day offers a special moment to pause and express our gratitude. Today’s outing is a simple but impactful way to show that their brilliance and professionalism are recognised and deeply appreciated.”
On behalf of the women of the agency, Ify Yvonne Odita, Client Service Director, expressed gratitude for the initiative:
“Your celebration of TPT women through the movie outing, lunch, and the work-free day reflects a culture where people are genuinely valued. The opportunity to step away from our routines, bond, and enjoy moments of relaxation made this International Women’s Day truly special.”
For TPT International, the celebration was a reaffirmation of its commitment to building a workplace where women are empowered to grow, lead, and continue shaping the organisation’s future with their ideas, passion, and creativity.
