ADRON HOMES CHAIRMAN CONGRATULATES OYO STATE ON 50 YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT, PROGRESS


The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, has congratulated the Government and people of Oyo State as the state marks its 50th anniversary, describing the milestone as a celebration of resilience, cultural heritage, and sustained socio-economic growth.

In a congratulatory message, Emmanuelking noted that since its creation, Oyo State has continued to play a strategic role in Nigeria’s development, evolving into a major centre for commerce, education, agriculture, and innovation in the South-West region.

According to him, the Golden Jubilee presents an opportunity for reflection and renewed commitment by government, private sector stakeholders, traditional institutions, and citizens to deepen inclusive growth and long-term prosperity.

He commended Oyo State’s steady transformation, particularly in the areas of infrastructure development, economic expansion, and human capital investment, stressing that meaningful development is deliberate and driven by clear purpose.

“Fifty years of Oyo State is a story of vision, resilience and collective effort. Sustainable growth does not happen by chance; it requires intentional leadership, strong institutions and active private sector participation,” he said.

The Adron Homes chairman also praised the leadership of the current administration, while acknowledging the contributions of past leaders whose policies and reforms laid the foundation for the state’s present achievements.

Reaffirming Adron Homes’ commitment to national development and real estate investment across Nigeria, Emmanuelking described Oyo State as a land of vast opportunity, with strong potential for continued growth in housing, commerce, and urban development.

He wished the government and people of the Pace Setter State continued peace, stability, and prosperity, expressing confidence that the next fifty years would usher in greater economic advancement and improved quality of life for residents.
