The catering sector in Ondo State is known for its innovation and creativity in the past 2 decades. Though the sector had produced several big names, Temidayo Cecilia Animasasan, popularly known as Dayo Oniresi, remains one of the movers and shakers in the industry. She is a top-notch caterer who introduced dancing skills into the profession, and this remains her trademark and brand in the industry. She is the CEO of Danifas Food and Events.

This educationalist turned caterer has carved a niche for herself in and outside Ondo state. Her passion for catering has won her various awards. She won City People Female Entrepreneurial Award and Ondo State Media Award, among others. She is rated the most sought-after caterer in and outside the state.
Through her platform, youths in the state earn a living and some are undergraduates of various higher institutions. She also runs a rental service but is known for her A-list catering service.
Animasaun Temidayo was Born in Ipele, Owo, Ondo state in the early seventies. She spent her early years like an average Nigerian child. After her secondary education, she proceeded to Ondo state polytechnic now Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo where she obtained her Ordinary National Diploma certificate. To further pursue her academic career, she enrolled at the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti where she obtained her Higher Nation Diploma in 1996, and she later proceeded for her Post Graduate Diploma in Education in 2003 to back her teaching career.
In 2022, she did the Executive Management Course in Education Management from Ondo state public service training institute. While expanding her scope of knowledge in the event industry, she engaged herself in self-studying and upgrading with notable catering homes in and outside the country.
Before she ventured into the catering business, she had worked in various fields; from the banking sector to owning and managing a boutique, today she is a proud teacher.
Despite her passion for education, she had been able to turn her love and passion for cooking into a profit-making business and creation of employment opportunities for women and youths in the state. Her art of cooking, branding and presentation at functions/events has driven her to the doorstep of high-profile clients, Kings and Queens, past and present governors, senators, and Executives members among others.
