The Nigerian music scene is gearing up for another big drop as Afrobeats act Thompson Leo joins forces with Fuji star Baba Oloye Atawewe on “Omo Tan So (Remix).”
Scheduled for release on October 10, the track has already sparked excitement online with a viral teaser video showing Thompson Leo, Atawewe, and media personality Alhaji Arems vibing to the song.
The remix blends Afrobeats’ fresh, contemporary energy with Fuji’s timeless rhythm, a cross-genre sound that promises to appeal to both young Afrobeat lovers and long-time Fuji fans.
Speaking on the project, Thompson Leo described the remix as “connecting cultures, blending energies, and giving people something they can vibe to everywhere.”
With Arems Entertainment driving its rollout, the single is expected to make waves across streaming platforms when it drops worldwide on October 10.
