Tragedy has hit the Badagry West Local Council Development Area (LCDA) following the sudden death of its Vice Chairman, Princess Oluremi Nutayi Ajose.
Her death, confirmed to Badagry Today by a family source, comes barely two months after she was sworn in alongside the Council Chairman, Hon. Rauf Ibrahim Kayode Yemaren, popularly known as RIKAY.
According to the source, her remains have been deposited at the morgue, though the cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
Princess Ajose was the daughter of His Royal Majesty, Oba Oyekan Possi Ajose, the Alapa of Apa Egun-Awori Kingdom.
As of press time, official statements are still being awaited from the council and the Ajose royal family.
