Pernod Ricard Nigeria, part of the globally renowned Pernod Ricard Group, extends heartfelt festive greetings to its valued consumers, partners, and stakeholders across Nigeria.
This season’s celebrations follow the successful launch of two groundbreaking initiatives in Lagos: Maison Martell, an immersive experiential tower, and Jameson Yard, the inaugural creative hub for Jameson Irish Whiskey. Both venues are designed to inspire creativity and foster collaboration, reflecting the brand's commitment to premium experiences.
In line with its dedication to sustainability and conviviality, Pernod Ricard Nigeria unveiled the Lagos Upcycled Bottle Christmas Tree, crafted from 2,500 recycled Jameson bottles. This eco-friendly installation, launched on December 21, 2024, at the Ikeja City Mall, kicks off a 12-day festive celebration that runs through January 1, 2025. Powered by Jameson Whiskey, the initiative promotes sustainability while encouraging responsible drinking through impactful campaigns like “Drink More Water” and “Safe Roads – Don’t Drink and Drive.”
Michael Ehindero, Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Nigeria, underscored the season's core values—love, peace, and tolerance—and their role in fostering a better society. He expressed gratitude to customers and partners for their steadfast support throughout 2024, wishing everyone a joyful and prosperous Christmas and New Year, celebrated responsibly with Pernod Ricard’s premium brands.
Pernod Ricard Nigeria also reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability through its four guiding pillars: Nurturing Terroir, Valuing People, Circular Making, and Responsible Hosting. These principles drive the company’s innovation, community engagement, and efforts to create positive change.
As part of the festivities, the “Drink More Water” campaign continues to raise awareness about binge drinking among young adults, emphasizing the importance of moderation and responsible enjoyment.
Happy Holidays from Pernod Ricard Nigeria—celebrate responsibly and let conviviality shine this festive season!
