Speaking at the event, the President of the Chamber, Mrs. Funmi Ade-Ojo, described Johnvents Industries as a model organisation that has demonstrated a strong commitment to gender inclusivity and progressive leadership. She noted that the company’s decision to entrust leadership to a woman reflects a deliberate move to prioritise competence, vision, and integrity above outdated stereotypes.
According to her, the organisation has continued to set standards within the business community, particularly in promoting equal opportunities and fostering a gender-friendly work environment.
She added that the Chamber looks forward to strengthening its collaboration with Johnvents Industries, especially in areas that create meaningful opportunities for youth and women, while contributing to economic growth and innovation.

Under her leadership, Johnvents Industries has expanded its global relevance and strengthened its position as a key player in the sector, while also driving initiatives that support farmers and promote sustainable practices.
The Chamber commended her ability to combine business success with social impact, noting that her leadership reflects courage, innovation, and a commitment to inclusive growth.
Mrs. Omotosho was also praised for her role in empowering farmers and creating opportunities across the value chain, contributing to both economic development and community upliftment.
Her recognition, according to the Chamber, goes beyond her professional achievements, highlighting her influence as a role model who continues to inspire women and young professionals to pursue leadership with purpose and integrity.
