As part of preparations for the 2027 general elections, the Ominira Movement, a platform projecting Mr. Omoniyi Akingunola for the House of Representatives, has announced the appointment of key individuals into strategic roles to further strengthen its structure and deepen engagement across the Ondo East/West Federal Constituency.
According to the organisation, the decision reflects a deliberate effort to build a competent and result-driven team capable of delivering on the vision of the Ominira Movement.
The movement has appointed Mr. Obadehin Aanu Ebenezer as Senior Special Assistant on Media and Public Relations; Comrade Olusola Ibukun (Obama) as Special Assistant on Contact/Mobilisation; and Amb. Victor Adetolaju, MITPN, as Special Assistant on Civic Engagement.
The organisation noted that the appointments were based on the individuals’ proven track records, competence, and demonstrated commitment to service, expressing confidence in their ability to contribute meaningfully to the campaign’s objectives.
The Ominira Movement further reiterated its commitment to building an inclusive and people-focused platform in support of Mr. Akingunola, who is being positioned to represent the constituency at the Green Chamber of the National Assembly. It emphasised that effective leadership begins with assembling capable hands dedicated to progress and community development.
