Founded in 2019 with just four trucks serving internal distribution and select third-party clients, JMG Haulage has grown steadily through disciplined operations, reliable service delivery, and strong customer partnerships. Prior to the latest expansion, the company operated 31 heavy-duty and 16 light-duty trucks.
The new expansion adds 20 heavy-duty haulage trucks, each configured as a 24-pallet unit with a payload capacity of up to 45 tons. This significantly boosts JMG Haulage’s long-haul transport capability and strengthens its presence in national logistics research and industry operations, positioning the company as a preferred partner for large-scale shippers and multinational clients.
The newly deployed fleet follows a mixed-energy strategy, with ten compressed natural gas (CNG)-powered trucks offering a driving range of up to 1,400 kilometers, and ten diesel-powered trucks to ensure flexibility across diverse haulage routes. This dual-energy approach supports efficiency, operational reliability, and environmental sustainability.
Commenting on the expansion, Mohamad Dayekh, General Manager of JMG Haulage, described the fleet upgrade as a strategic milestone for the company.
“This fleet expansion is a strategic milestone for JMG Haulage. It allows us to scale our logistics capacity nationwide while maintaining high service standards, cost efficiency, and safety. By investing in both CNG and diesel technologies, we are strengthening reliability for our customers today while preparing for a more sustainable future,” he said.
Fleet rollout was completed in January 2026 following inspection, branding, driver allocation, and route planning. With the expansion, JMG Haulage expects its monthly operational mileage to increase from approximately 150,000 km to 250,000 km, improving delivery timelines, reducing turnaround times, and enabling the onboarding of new clients without service disruption.
Operating across key commercial corridors in the North, South, East, and West, JMG Haulage provides professional logistics solutions for FMCG, agro-products, chemicals, cosmetics, electrical goods, generators, and industrial equipment. This diversified portfolio strengthens the company’s resilience and growth outlook within Nigeria’s haulage and logistics sector.
Supported by dedicated maintenance teams, OEM-led technical training, preventive maintenance programs, and strict cost-per-kilometer monitoring, JMG Haulage continues to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable nationwide haulage services.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand into cold-chain logistics and invest further in green haulage solutions, aligning with global sustainability trends and reinforcing its position as a future-ready logistics leader in Nigeria.
