The Founder and Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, has reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting Nigeria’s diverse cultures and traditional institutions, describing them as critical stakeholders in sustainable national development.

Emmanuel-King made this known following a landmark courtesy visit to the House of Oduduwa on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, where he was hosted by the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, CFR, Ojaja II.

According to the Adron Homes CEO, the company’s engagement with royal institutions goes beyond regional or ethnic considerations, reflecting a national philosophy that recognises the role of traditional rulers as custodians of heritage, peace, and social stability across Nigeria.

“At Adron Homes, we believe that land is sacred and that development must be undertaken with deep respect for culture, history, and traditional authority. This belief guides our operations not only in the South-West but across all regions of Nigeria,” Emmanuel-King said.

He explained that Adron Homes’ nationwide footprint, spanning several states, is anchored on a development model that aligns modern housing solutions with indigenous values, community engagement, and respect for local customs.

The real estate executive noted that meaningful development is most sustainable when corporate organisations collaborate with traditional institutions, which he described as vital bridges between the people and modern governance structures.

Highlighting Adron’s long-term vision, Emmanuel-King disclosed plans for a major luxury and tourism-focused development, ORISUN WHITE PARADISE RESORT, a 200-acre estate project in Ile-Ife. He said the project is designed to combine modern luxury, cultural identity, and tourism development, further positioning Ile-Ife as a destination of global cultural significance.

He expressed appreciation to the Ooni of Ife for the warm reception and royal blessings, describing the visit as historic and symbolic of Adron Homes’ commitment to cultural respect, inclusivity, and sustainable development.

The visit, he added, reinforces Adron Homes’ identity as a corporate brand that recognises Nigeria’s traditional institutions as partners in nation-building, economic growth, and cultural preservation.
