ADRON CEO REAFFIRMS SUPPORT FOR TRADITIONAL INSTITUTIONS DURING ALAAFIN OF OYO PALACE VISIT

The Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, has reaffirmed the company’s commitment to Nigeria’s cultural heritage and the preservation of traditional institutions during a courtesy visit to the Alaafin of Oyo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Abimbola Akeem Owoade I.

Emmanuel-King said the visit underscored Adron Homes’ belief that sustainable national development must be rooted in respect for culture, tradition, and indigenous authority, which continue to play vital roles in social cohesion and community leadership across the country.

According to him, Nigeria’s strength lies in its diversity, and meaningful progress can only be achieved when modern development aligns with cultural values rather than displacing them.

“At Adron Homes, we recognise that culture and tradition are not barriers to development but the foundation upon which sustainable growth must be built. Our traditional institutions remain central to unity, stability, and shared prosperity,” he stated.

The Adron Chairman explained that the company’s engagement with traditional rulers is not regional but nationwide, reflecting its inclusive vision and respect for royal institutions across Nigeria’s ethnic and cultural landscape.

“Our commitment cuts across all regions. We honour royal fathers as custodians of our identity, values, and moral authority, and we believe their role is indispensable in shaping resilient and thriving communities,” he added.

He further noted that Adron Homes’ expanding presence in several states has continued to drive housing development, job creation, and economic empowerment, while ensuring that modern real estate projects remain sensitive to local customs and heritage.

Emmanuel-King reaffirmed the company’s willingness to support initiatives that promote cultural preservation, tourism development, and grassroots community growth, stressing that partnerships between the private sector and traditional institutions are crucial for inclusive national progress.

In his response, the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Abimbola Akeem Owoade I, commended Adron Homes for recognising the enduring relevance of culture and tradition in national development. He offered royal prayers for the company’s leadership, sustained growth, and for peace and unity across Nigeria.

The palace visit concluded with royal blessings and expressions of goodwill, further reinforcing Adron Homes’ position as a corporate organisation committed to cultural solidarity, inclusivity, and a future that harmonises development with heritage.
