The Nigerian movie industry has been thrown into mourning following the tragic death of Ayomikun, the only child of veteran actress, Peju Ogunmola.
According to reports, Ayomikun died after a domestic accident in the bathroom. He reportedly slipped and fell, and despite efforts to get help, he could not be rescued in time. Sources revealed that he was living abroad at the time of the incident and was alone when the accident occurred.
The heartbreaking news has left Peju Ogunmola, who is based in Ibadan, inconsolable. Colleagues, friends, and fans have since been reaching out to console her and offer support during this difficult time.
Ogunmola, daughter of the late Yoruba theatre icon Kola Ogunmola, is a respected figure in the industry and wife to veteran comic actor Sunday Omobolanle, popularly known as Papi Luwe.
