JMG LIMITED RESTATES COMMITMENT TO SAFETY AND EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING ON WORLD DAY FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK

JMG Limited, a leading provider of electromechanical solutions in Nigeria, has joined the global community in observing the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, reaffirming its commitment to employee safety, innovation, and well-being.

This year’s global theme, “Revolutionising Health and Safety: The Role of AI and Digitalization at Work,” underscores the game-changing role technology plays in reducing occupational risks. It emphasizes how digital tools, robotics, and artificial intelligence can significantly reduce work-related injuries and enhance rapid response systems—transforming workplace safety into a proactive and predictive process.

Speaking on the observance, Rabi Jammal, Group General Manager of JMG Limited, reiterated the company’s dedication to fostering a safety-first culture.

“The well-being of our employees is at the core of everything we do. We are continually advancing to create a work environment free from risks that could endanger health,” he stated.

Jammal noted that JMG’s operational strategy now integrates AI-driven solutions and digital platforms designed to identify, prevent, and respond to safety risks in real time.

“These innovations are reshaping workplace safety, making it more proactive and efficient,” he added.

Aligning with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, JMG’s approach supports global calls for inclusive, safe, and sustainable work environments. The company is actively contributing to this goal by embedding technology into its core processes.

Since its inception in 2003, the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, championed by the International Labour Organization (ILO), has remained a cornerstone event for promoting safe, healthy, and dignified working conditions across the world. It calls for collaboration—governments, employers, and employees all share responsibility in cultivating a safe work culture.

JMG continues to lead in safety-focused innovation across its product portfolio, which includes: Power generation systems, Electrical infrastructure solutions, Vertical transportation, Cooling systems, Air compressors, Hybrid solar energy solutions, including Lithion (2018), Livfast (2022), and Must (2024) inverters

These sustainable solutions not only power progress but also prioritize health and safety—both for users and the workforce behind them.

With a legacy of innovation and a forward-looking vision, JMG remains committed to engineering a safer and more resilient workplace for all.
