The Ekimogun Roundtable, a socioeconomic group representing Ondo indigenes both at home and abroad, has appointed Barr. Kunle Ogundipe as its National Assembly Liaison Officer for Ondo East/West legislative matters.
A Seasoned Legal Practitioner
Until his appointment, Barr. Ogundipe, a legal practitioner and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Mediation and Conciliation (ACIMC), served as the Registrar of the Pan African Institute of Paralegal Studies. He brings vast experience in legislative drafting, project management, and civic engagement to his new role.
Key Responsibilities
According to his appointment letter, signed by the group’s Acting Secretary, Ms. Christiana Ayodele, Barr. Ogundipe will be responsible for:
- Monitoring legislative activities of elected officials representing Ondo East/West at the National Assembly.
- Overseeing constituency projects and special intervention funds allocated to the people of Ondo East/West.
- Ensuring that constituents receive timely updates on federal legislative proceedings.
The appointment takes immediate effect.
