Her departure signifies the end of a remarkable career that extends over 25 years, during which she made significant contributions to a variety of industries, including banking, aviation, manufacturing, and the oil and gas sector. Throughout her career, Ani-Mumuney has been recognized for her strategic vision, leadership excellence, and ability to drive impactful marketing and communication initiatives, leaving a lasting legacy in each field she touched. Ani-Mumuney joined First Bank in 2010, where she revolutionized the marketing and corporate communications functions. Under her leadership, the bank solidified its reputation as a trusted and innovative financial institution, earning accolades for its branding and customer engagement strategies.

Her vast professional experience includes holding leadership roles in global organizations such as British Airways, where she managed marketing portfolios across Europe, Africa, the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom. She also worked at the Dangote Group, overseeing strategic initiatives that contributed significantly to its growth.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Ani-Mumuney is a distinguished leader in the marketing industry. She served as the President of the Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) and is an honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, as well as a member of the Institute of Directors in Nigeria.
