The keynote speaker, ASP Adeboye David Olantawura, delivered a compelling address titled "Building and Empowering Young Boys for the Future." He highlighted the damaging effects of stereotypes that pressure boys to suppress emotions, leading to issues such as mental health struggles and substance abuse. “We must teach boys to embrace their emotions and foster mutual respect for all, as this lays the groundwork for a healthier and more equitable society,” he noted.

Olantawura also encouraged boys to participate in community-building activities and acquire practical skills for future contributions to society. “By investing in their growth today, we create a generation that values progress, equity, and respect,” he added.

The event featured engaging career and wellness sessions, including a talk by Miss Glory Ike from Pop Cola, who encouraged the boys to stay focused and avoid negative influences, and Mrs. Bello, who guided them on career choices. Mr. Alani provided insights into mental health, equipping the boys with strategies for emotional resilience.

Access Bank was selected for this initiative due to its outstanding reputation as a leading financial institution, known for its commitment to financial literacy and youth empowerment. Additionally, the bank’s support for the program played a significant role in the organizer's decision, ensuring that the winners not only celebrated their achievements but also took their first steps toward financial responsibility with a trusted and innovative banking partner.

The event’s success was made possible through the support of sponsors, including Access Bank, Mamuda Beverage (makers of Pop Cola), Mutual Benefit Assurance Plc, and the Akin Ogunbiyi Foundation, alongside media partner Pathfinder News.
