JUST IN: POPULAR ONDO GOSPEL SINGER, YEMI ADEOLA IS DEAD

It's indeed a black Saturday in Akure, Ondo state capital as the Gospel Musician Associations of Nigeria (GOMAN), Ondo state chapter lost one of its prominent and seasonal singers, Lady Evang. Yemi Adeola.

The singer, who sang "Je N J'Eniyan" meaning "Let Me Be Somebody" featuring Mr. Capable died early hour of Saturday morning in an Akure hospital.

Her death came as a rude shock to many of her friends, associates and fans though it was gathered, that she was briefly sick before giving up the ghost today 21st of June 2024, a few weeks before her 41st birthday.

She recently held an online praise concert, theme "Praise His Majesty" on the 9th of May 2024 across all her social media platforms and her last post on Facebook was on 26th May, 2024.


 

Eni Oba Nke fondly called has produced over 10 songs which include, Ipa Topin, Omo Mi, Je Npe O, Worship Medley, Praise Medley, Itan Mi, and Fi Omo Pomile among other

Yemi Adeola will greatly be missed. She is survived by her husband, Obalola, and two children.
