REMEMBRANCE: THE OBOKOH FAMILY SET TO REMEMBER THEIR LATE PARENTS ON THE 24TH OF DECEMBER IN DELTA STATE

All roads led to Ubulu-Uku in Obokoh compound in Delta state as the children of the Late Godwin Nwaeke Obokoh and Late Grace Adaoyibo Obokoh  (a.k.a Madam Okpatu) are planning a special memorial event to remember their parents on 24th December 2023 in Delta state. 

This commemoration is a heartfelt tribute to honour the lives and legacies of their beloved parents who departed 43rd and 5 years ago respectively. Late Godwin Nwaeke Obokoh passed on 43 years ago while his beloved wife, Late Grace Adaoyibo Obokoh passed on 5 years ago.

The Remembrances and Outting Mass service will take place on Sunday 24th December 2023 at 9 am at St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Ubulu-Uku, Delta State. The Reception follows at ldegwu Primary School, Ubulu-Uku, Delta State. 

The event will be an opportunity for family, friends, and well-wishers to come together and celebrate the cherished memories and contributions of Late Godwin Nwaeke Obokoh and Late Adaoyibo Obokoh.

 According to Mrs. Rita Onyeka nee Obokoh, one of the daughters of Late Obokoh, she said we the children are trying to ensure that the memories of our late parents (Late Godwin Nwaeke Obokoh and the Late Adaoyibo Obokoh) remain alive in the hearts and minds of us and those who knew them.

It will be a solemn yet joyful occasion, filled with stories, laughter, and tears as we recall the indelible impact our parents made in our lives and the community as a whole.
