It is with profound sorrow that I express my deepest condolences on the passing of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN), a figure who was not only a distinguished leader but also a cherished brother and friend to me. His untimely departure has left an indelible void, and words fall short of capturing the magnitude of our collective grief.
Governor Akeredolu's impact on the people of Ondo State and beyond transcends the realms of politics. His tenure marked a chapter of transformative leadership, where he exhibited unwavering dedication to the welfare of the citizens.
Personally, the Governor was more than a political ally; he was a confidant and a pillar of support during moments of triumph and challenge alike. His wisdom, resilience, and genuine concern for the well-being of others made him a brother in every sense of the word. His loss is not just a political one but a deeply personal one for me and for all who had the privilege of knowing him intimately.
As we mourn the passing of this remarkable leader, let us remember Governor Rotimi Akeredolu for the positive impact he made on countless lives. May his legacy inspire us to strive for excellence, compassion, and unity in the face of adversity. In this time of sorrow, my thoughts and prayers are with his family, the people of Ondo State, and all who mourn the departure of a beloved leader and friend. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
