Just In: Court nullifies APC Primary for Federal Constituency in Ondo

 

Breaking: Court orders fresh primary election for Akoko SouthEast/ South-West Federal Constituency for APC within 7 days...

It will recall that some of the aspirants of Akoko South-East / South-West federal constituency had approached the court over the emergence of Mr Gboyega Adefarati, former commissioner and Son of former Governor Adefarati as the candidate of the party for the 2023 general election.  

Mr Gboyega Adefarati's declaration as the winner of the exercise was then described as a charade by one of the aspirants, Barr. John Adanike.
