Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commissioner, Hon Akinrotoye Kehinde Bonsue has commended Ondo State Government for creating opportunities for the development of Ondo Kingdom through the Ondo Development And Economic Summit, ODES.
In a message released through his media office, Hon Akinrotoye said the summit will not only create a conducive atmosphere for businesses to thrive but with consistency and will, it will also drive community development and growth of the state.
He also commended the Director General of the Performance and Project Implementation Monitoring Unit (PPIMU), Engr. Babajide Akeredolu, for partnering with ODES to host the first economic summit aimed at laying a solid foundation for the economic development of Ondo Kingdom.
In his words, "The importance of effective collaboration with Government and relevant stakeholders to drive development through community-based initiatives can not be overemphasized. It is the way forward in ensuring the growth and sustainability of businesses in the state".The Ondo Development and Economy Summit is a community-government init1iative which is primarily designed to compliment the economic contributions of the Akeredolu-led administration in the Ondo Kingdom by bringing economic and finance experts to drive sustainable economic development in the Kingdom
