Politics: CRISIS ROCK FAYOSE'S CAMP OVER REJECTION OF FUNMI OGUNS NOMINEE AS RUNNING MATE

Ahead of the June 18th governorship election in Ekiti state, the former Governor, Ayodele Fayose was said to have given the order for the remover of the PDP Candidate's banners from the Adebayo Campaign Office in Ado Ekiti, some of the campaign cars believed to belong to Bisi Kolawole coordinators across the 16 local government area of the state are also seeing parked at the Adebayo campaign office of the former governor, which use to be the PDP Governorship campaign office.

According to our source, the crisis between ex-gov Fayose and the PDP candidate, Bisi Kolawole might be a result of the rejection of the deputy governor nominee by the PDP National Working Committee (NWC). 

Facts as emerged that the PDP NWC rejected the nomination of the former Commissioner for works Mrs. Funmi Ogun who served during fayose's administration on the fundamental that both candidates are from the camp (Fayose's Camp) while other camps are denied the opportunity to be part of the race.

It was learned that the decision didn't go well with the former governor as he was said to have threatened to withdraw his support for the PDP Governorship candidate Otunba Bisi Kolawole over the rejection of Mrs. Funmi Oguns, Fayose's nominee for the position of running mate in the coming Ekiti governorship election.
