CELEB: FOUNDER ADE- TOLA INTERNATIONAL SHOOL IS DEAD

Ondo foremost Educationalists, Chief Mrs. Eunice Fehintola Adegoroye founder Adetola International School is died. She died at the age of  87.  

Prince (Hon) Demola Adegoroye in his post on social media platform announced the passing away of their, mother, sister, mother and grandmother.
His statement says: with total and unquestionable submission to tbe will of God, I write on behalf of the Adedeji Adegoroye family of Akure and the Olokesusi family of Oraye Quarters of Ise Ekiti, I wish to most painfully announce formally, the call to glory of the Matriarch of both families, Chief Mrs Eunice Fehintola Adegoroye, who passed on yesterday Sunday, 16th August, 2020.

Mama was born at Ise Ekiti on tbe 11th Nov, 1933  and at different times she was a Teacher, Vice Principal and  Principal at  various schools including St Peters Teacher Training college, Akure, Aquinas College, St Louis Girls Grammar school, and finally was founding Principal of Alakunre Comprehensive High School, all at Akure before she retired from the services of the Ondo state govt in 1986.

Mama Fehintola was a women activist who at various times was State Secretary,  and State President of the National Council of Womens Societies, Ondo state , and was also elected National vice president of the Council between 1995 and 1997.

Mama founded the ADE-TOLA international Schools in 1989. She was tbe Majeobaje Obirin Ijo of tbe Cathedral of St David's ( Anglican communion)
She is survived by children,grandchildren, sisters and brothers.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
