Olam Agri has been recognised by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer 2026 in Nigeria, marking the sixth consecutive year the agribusiness leader has received the prestigious certification.

Active in 131 countries and regions, the Top Employers Institute is the global authority on HR certification, benchmarking, and advisory services. Organisations are certified based on the results of its HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates six key domains: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Wellbeing.
