Olam Agri has been recognised by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer 2026 in Nigeria, marking the sixth consecutive year the agribusiness leader has received the prestigious certification.
The recognition reinforces Olam Agri’s sustained commitment to building a high-performing, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace, supported by data-led people strategies, independent validation, and human resource practices that drive business performance, employee engagement, and long-term growth.
