Today, Bamidele is a Chartered Biomedical Scientist, Agile Project Manager, educator, multi-award-winning author, and gospel minister. But titles alone cannot capture the depth of her journey. Her rise to become UK Biomedical Scientist of the Year (2022) and STEM Leader of the Year (2024) is proof that resilience, mentorship, and faith can create new beginnings.
Her debut book, The Mentor’s Journey, offers lessons from her life while guiding others to discover their leadership paths. With her initiative, BAMS Space: “No Ceiling”, and her talk platform, In Conversation with Bami, she is breaking barriers and building bridges for inclusion in STEM.
