Governor Charles Soludo has extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Muslim faithful in Anambra State and across Nigeria as they begin the holy month of Ramadan.
In his goodwill message, Governor Soludo described Ramadan as a period of deep spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and heightened devotion, offering Muslims a special opportunity to strengthen their connection with Almighty Allah, promote unity, and extend compassion to the less privileged.
He emphasized that this sacred month reinforces essential values such as charity, empathy, and peaceful coexistence, which are fundamental to fostering a harmonious and progressive society.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, Governor Soludo assured the Muslim community in Anambra of his administration’s deep appreciation for their contributions to the socio-economic development of the state. He further urged them to use this sacred period to deepen their faith and pray for continued peace and prosperity in Anambra State and Nigeria.
The governor wished all Muslims a blessed and rewarding Ramadan, praying that Almighty Allah grants them the strength and grace to complete the fast successfully.
