ANAMBRA EXECUTIVE COUNCIL RE-COMMITS TO DEVELOPMENT AT 2025 RETREAT

The Anambra State Executive Council (ANSEC) has reaffirmed its commitment to driving development and accelerating the execution of Governor Charles Soludo's "Solution Agenda" during a retreat held on January 13, 2025, at the International Convention Centre, Awka.

Themed "Changing Gear—Accelerating the Execution of the Solution Agenda in 2025," the retreat brought together ANSEC members, Mayors of the 21 Local Government Areas, and key stakeholders to review progress, address challenges, and outline strategies for sustainable growth across sectors such as education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic development.

Governor Soludo provided a comprehensive assessment of his administration's achievements, urging collaboration and innovation to sustain the state's progress. Among the key highlights of the retreat was the introduction of the state security network, 'Operation Udo Ga-Achi' (Operation Peace Shall Reign), scheduled for launch in January 2025.

According to Soludo, 'Operation Udo Ga-Achi' marks a pivotal moment in Anambra's security efforts, integrating community policing, intelligence gathering, and strategic partnerships to ensure the safety of lives and property in the state.

The retreat concluded with renewed determination to enhance governance and deliver impactful solutions to the people of Anambra State in 2025 and beyond.
