AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF ODEBOWALE'S OUTBURST TOWARDS ENGR. RAZAQ OBE: STRATEGIC: HOW TO HELP A SORE LOSER GET OVER FRUSTRATION?

AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF ODEBOWALE'S OUTBURST TOWARDS ENGR. RAZAQ OBE: STRATEGIC: HOW TO HELP A SORE LOSER GET OVER FRUSTRATION?

According to the former Aides to the late governor Akeredolu, Odebowale who claim in a viral video on Engr. Rasaq Obe,  the Ondo state Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources where said Engr. Obe paid former First Lady, Betty Akeredolu and her son, Babajide before he got the appointment.

One of the close aides to the commissioner in a lighted post, responded to Dr. Odebowale over allegations. Below is the response.

"I am constrained to respond to the odoriferous vituperation of Dr. Odebowale in his latest video where he alleged that Engr. Razaq Obe bribed his way into the government of Aketi/Aiyedatiwa. I would have kept my cool for two reasons. One, I am a well-trained son of my father who was groomed from childhood to respect elders. I am conscious of my Ọmọlúwàbí ethos as entrenched in the rich Yoruba culture. But how will I attempt to describe Dr Odebowale without separating the first three letters in his name? Would I have been justified if I made do with what the first three letters in Ọdẹbowale typify? I will still not call him anything even if you are already inferring from his nomenclature. The elders that wear a wrapper of corn must entertain the fowls. It is what it is. The second reason will be to honour Aketi forever as I remain silent on the puerile comments of his ‘friend’. My boss, Engr. Razaq Obe, loved Aketi and he enjoyed rare support from the Arakunrin that Odebowale and his ilk sank into the cesspool of envy and hate, hence their ganging up to fight Razaq Obe not minding obliterating Aketi’s legacies.

But I have been emboldened by just one thing which I must do everything I can to protect. It is the personality of my boss whom I have benefitted in so small measure from. His name has worked for me and I wouldn't allow anyone to malign it freely without getting a riposte. Engr. Razaq belongs to the class of Gold in Aristotle's allegory of metals. He carries exceptional excellence in appearance and candour. He is royal, in and out. He is a man who has made serious progress in life. If he couldn't be cowed when he had nothing as a young student leader in the prestigious University of Benin, I doubt whether millions of Ọdẹbowale can stifle him today when he already enjoys the benevolence of God through hard work and legitimate toiling.

Unfortunately, the sickness of Aketi became a weapon for marauders to exploit and plunder our state without limit. It is so unfortunate that an 'atohunrinwa' whose source of income was threatened, but mercifully rescued by Aketi could come up to allege a bona fide for taking an appointment. Wait a minute, that's not yet the height of serious hallucination but let's x-ray the real malady in a loquacious mendicant who has been saved from being fed by his wife by the singular gesture of Aketi who he calls ‘weakling’ today.

Does Ọdẹbowale know what it means to earn a legitimate pay at Mobil? I hope he won't think I am referring to the Mobil petrol station along Fiwasaye. How desperate could a man who has seen it all in such a realm be? That he felt Engr Razaq Obe paid to settle for an appointment with a salary that's less than his pension where he worked is the most ridiculous thing ever. Only a mendicant will think the way High Priest has thought.

Friends do things together. No doubt. But an open confession that he cornered a lady whom he was sent by Aketi to drop off tells of his treachery, gluttony and recklessness. How could Aketi have survived with a character like ỌDẸbowale who openly insults women including his wife? Polygamy is not a sin in Africa and ỌDẸbowale could have balled more to satisfy his unquenchable appetite for sex. It is shameful that he took to the street to corrupt impressionable minds with his negativities. Philandering is infidelity. Infidels are scoundrels. They are never virtuous. They don't belong to a sane society because they cannot own up to their conviction. They are depraved humans. No wonder the High Priest never respected our women in Ondo state because he saw them as mere sex objects.

In defence of Aketi, ỌDẸbowale exposed the innocent man who thought he was rolling with a sane mind. How much did my boss pay the former First Lady and his son to get an appointment? Since you have opened the floodgates, can you swim in the pool of facts rather than being pained by his noble role in saving our collective patrimony from an 'atohunrinwa' like you? Is it not heartless to embark on this perfidious enterprise only days after Aketi’s demise? Is it not satanic to attack the character of the late governor and his wife when they are still mourning?

I know it pains to lose free money but this is the right time for Ondo people to take back what belongs to them. It is uncharitable that you freely cast dents on Ondo people who gave you a wife and job when you arrogantly lost to your incurable indiscretion. Events have proven that no sane society could engage your service and go to sleep. You are capable of infesting the unsuspecting with your negativity.

I do not need to brag but you couldn't have been in the same league with my boss. He is a patriot in the Ondo State project and has done what Aketi would do. He has done this because his children have inheritance here and if left to be despoiled by you and your collaborators, his children would blame him, if not curse him to hell. You couldn't have expected that a freeborn would behave like a slave.

I speak as an initiate who knows the truth about my boss. I speak unequivocally today that Engr. Razaq Obe has enormous respect for the former First Lady. He doesn't have any axe to grind with Engr. Babajide as well. Neither the former First Lady nor Babajide has made any pecuniary demand on Engr. Razaq Obe. He has never paid them for favour under any guise.  Babajide stood with Engr. Razaq Obe all through the period the cabal persecuted him. They’ve never quarrelled on anything to date.

They have only disagreed once and it was purely on principle — touching transmission of power and the failed impeachment saga. I know for a fact that Engr. Razaq will disagree with anyone on principle and that cannot be considered as hatred or quarrel. Every sane society is run on superior ideals.

What does it matter if Odebowale hates the patriotic role of Engr. Razaq in salvaging the destiny of Ondo state and her people? We do not envisage that such a noble role would go down well with people of questionable character. Odebowale needs to hit the street for a vox pop to know the magnitude of joy radiating on the minds of the people of Ondo State. He should ask who they prefer between him and Engr. Razaq Obe.

I charge journalists and sane people to avoid a cancerous ỌDẸbowale and it's better he's renamed 'Bowale' without the first three letters. Perhaps, sanity will fall on him. On a jocular note, in this new year, do not ask Odebowale to drop off your wife ó. He can 'colobi' anything. Thank God that his fingers are far away from the treasury of Ondo State".

It will recall that it was the Commissioner for Energy and Natural Resources, Engr. Rasaq Obe exposed the calabs who forged the late governor's signature.
