Mr. Francis Akinpelu Dada, the Deputy Editor, of Weekend Titles (Saturday Punch & Sunday Punch) is a year old today. Born on the 7th of December, his over 2 decades of experience as a journalist reflects on the countless contributions and achievements he has made in his career.

He is a man whose dedication and hard work have propelled him to great heights, earning him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers as experienced and professional journalists.

Before he was appointed the Deputy Editor of Weekend Titles (Saturday PUNCH & Sunday Punch), he served in various positions, he was once the Metro Editor and Copy Editor at Punch Nigeria Limited, where he showcased his skills in covering local news and events.

With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Dada also took on the role of Assistant Editor and head of the Business Division at Punch Nigeria Limited. This position allowed him to showcase his understanding of the business world and provide valuable insights to readers.

Dada's journey in education began at the prestigious Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta, where he bagged his OND and HND in Mass Communication. He furthered his knowledge and skills at the Federal University of Technology Akure where he obtained his MBA degree in Management study. There, he honed his intellectual abilities and gained a solid foundation in his chosen field.

Having attended Anglican Grammar School Otan Ayegbaju, Dada's educational journey began in his hometown. It is through his dedication and passion for learning that he has been able to excel in his career.

He has displayed an unwavering commitment to excellence and has continuously demonstrated his passion for journalism. He has indeed made a name for himself as a respected journalist in Nigeria.
