Following the court judgement that orders a fresh primary election into the Akoko SouthEast / South-West Federal Constituency of the All Progressives Congress APC within Seven days by the Federal High Court sitting in Akure, Ondo State capital by Justice Dami Ajayi.
The National body of APC had written Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to notify them of the new date picked for the fresh primary election into Akoko SouthEast /South-West Federal Constituency as 25th October 2022 had been picked for the election.
