Metro News: Nurse, Fiancee Die In Road Crash Weeks After Engagement

An accident that occurred on the popular Jos-Abuja road has reportedly claimed the lives of a nurse, Kareem Oluwagbemiga, and his fiancee, Usulam Enoch.

This was announced by Nurses on Air on their official Facebook page on Tuesday, as they mourn the death of Oluwagbemiga and his fiancee, who was also a nurse.

The announcement read, “It’s so sad to hear the passing of a dear colleague, Nurse Kareem Oluwagbemiga, admin of @nursingcouncillecture, and his fiancee.

“They both died after being a victim of an accident on Jos-Abuja road. This is a great loss to the nursing community. May the Lord console their family and the whole nursing community.”

Oluwagbemiga got engaged to his fiancee on December 6, 2021, in a ceremony attended by family and friends.

Pictures of their engagement were available on Oluwagbemiga’s Facebook page, which has now been flooded with sad messages following their demise

Before their death, Oluwagbemiga and his fiancee were both intern nurses at the Federal Medical Centre in Yola, Adamawa state
