In the heart of the ancient city of Ife, a remarkable celebration was unfolding as Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, announced the arrival of his prince and first child with Queen Ashley Afolashade, the pretty mother of one on his official Instagram page.
The post read, "To God be the glory of great things he has done. Hearty congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and Olori Folashade, who today birthed a Prince from the mother side of Ooni Adagba Royal Compound of Lafogido Ruling House and father side of Ooni Agbedegbede Royal Compound of Giesi Ruling house combined to the Royal throne of Oduduwa".
Stating that mother and child are doing well to the glory of God Almighty and in line with the spirits of our ancestors.
The little crown prince was born on 3rd of September 2024 at Princess Royal Hospital London United Kingdom.
The good news is coming 5 months after Queen Tobi OGUNWUSI, a former Beauty Queen and graduate of Marine Science gave birth to Twins.
