Renowned Juju and Gospel singer Dele Agbeyo, widely known as Dele Gold, has sadly passed away. His death occurred early hour of Wednesday, September 11 a month after the passing of fellow singer Aduke Ajayi, popularly known as Aduke Gold.
While details surrounding Dele Gold’s death remain unclear, it has been confirmed that he died after a brief illness.His colleagues in the music industry have expressed their grief and paid tribute to the late singer. Notable musicians such as Titi Oguntoyinbo, Akinlabi Major, Alayoka Melody Singer, and Wonder Doyin Kujore have all shared heartfelt messages, mourning the loss of Dele Gold, whose music touched many lives.
The Nigerian music community is in deep sorrow over the passing of one of its beloved stars.Dele Gold also known as The Miliki Gospel King was a native of Usi, Ekiti state, but grew up in Faforiji, Osun state. He is the young brother to Dr. Babatope Agbeyo, the Founder and Chairman of Cornfield Group of Companies and Media Concepts.
In 2019, he featured Ebenezer Obey, the Juju music legend, on his album.
