NAOSNP CONGRATULATES DIG ABIODUN ALABI ON HIS NEW APPOINTMENT AS DIG SOUTHWEST

In recognition of DIG Sylvester Abiodun Alabi's well-deserved appointment and promotion to the rank of Deputy Inspector-General of Police, DIG in charge of the Southwest, the National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP), led by Oki Samson, has congratulated him.

The diligent senior police officer DIG Alabi's perseverance and excellence were praised by Oki Samson, the national president of the security beat association, who confirmed that this was a worthy elevation. Although exciting, your impressive rise within the Nigerian Police is not unexpected. You performed your duties with zeal and honesty. Besides your excellent service in the Force, you have experience and a human face. As a result, you changed from AIG to DIG Southwest in less than six months.

'I recall your days as the Commissioner of Police in Nigeria's commercial nerve centre, Lagos State Command. Your sound relationship with the 4th estate of the realm including the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP as a body is well-noted. Then you were posted to Zone 2 Command Lagos and Zone 12 Command Bauchi as AIG. We're glad that you are now DIG in charge of Southwest at the Force Headquarters.'
