AMVCA 2023: KIEKIE, OSAS, TOBI, BIMBO, KUNLE AFOLAYAN, PATIENCE OZOKWO WIN BIG [FULL LIST OF WINNERS]

The 9th edition of the African Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) was held today, Saturday, May 20, 2023.

The prestigious event, at the Eko Hotel, celebrated talents in the film world across Africa. The event hosts are IK Osakioduwa and former Miss Universe, Zozibini Tunzi.

Nigerian actress, Osas Ighodaro won the Best Actress in Drama, while three former Big Brother housemates became big winners at the event.

Tobi Bakre won Best Actor in Drama, Elozonam won Best Online Social Content Category, while Diane Russet won the ‘Best Original Drama Series’.

Veteran actress Patience Ozokwor took home the Industry Merit Award for her admirable service to the industry. Jade Osiberu’s Brotherhood and Kunle Afolayan’s Anikulapo grabbed multiple awards in different categories.
