The State Chairman of FIBAN in Ondo State, Comrade Femi Oguntuase had publicly disclaimed and Suspend one Mr Olanrewaju Richard Oke popularly called Temedun indefinitely. In his press release stated below, he reveal while the association took the steps.

This is to draw the attention of the general public most importantly members of the Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria FIBAN Ondo State chapter that Mr Olanrewaju Richard Oke popularly called Temedun who happened to be a member of the association is hereby suspended indefinitely for the case of THREAT TO LIFE, FRAUD AND COLLECTION OF MONEY UNDER PRETENCE AND DURESS in respect of his love affair with one Seyi Ogunleye.
Ordinarily, we wouldn't have bothered to dabble into the affairs of both parties because it's private but because a petition was written by the lady against him through the association and the following people were copied:
1. Comrade Tomogun Olubunmi, Member Board of Trustees
2. Amb Segun Babs, Former National Vice President
3. Rev king Akin Adenuga, Former National General Secretary
4. Prince Adeniyi Adebayo, Former State Chairman
5. Deacon Femi Ogundaisi, Former Assistant National General Secretary
6. Mr Babatunde Bamgboye ( OMO Edema) Non member.
As an association, we owe it a duty to make peace and protect the image of the association at the same time. In place of this, as the chairman, I called for the meeting with the aforementioned except for omo Edema who's not our member. And the committee in its wisdom resolved the matter by bringing both parties together.
For records, the lady in question alleged Mr Olanrewaju Richard Oke popularly called Temedun to have fraudulently collected #138,000 from her but Temedun claimed he only collected #100,000 from her. In summary, he agreed to return #80,000 to her which the aforementioned in the meeting are living witnesses and the mother of the lady witnessed for her daughter. But to my dismay Mr Olanrewaju Richard Oke popularly called Temedun called me the same evening to renounce his membership in FIBAN, he did not stop at that he also called to lambast some of our leaders that attended the meeting. He challenged the power they have to summon him to the meeting because the lady was her lover. As if that's not enough he went ahead to threaten the lady again through Sms messages which we have our evidence of.
Having heard from both parties, facts emerged with proven evidence that I don't want to talk about for now.
The general public is hereby notified that the Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria FIBAN is a law-abiding association with professionals and people of proven integrity that are working day and night in ensuring a better society.
It's worthy of note that the general public most importantly members of the association should not transact business with him in the name of FIBAN. Whoever does is at his peril.
