Am Orimoloye Oluwanifemi, I am from Akure Ondo-state; I am the third child of the family. I graduated from Joseph Ayo Babalola University with a B.sc in Mass communication. I have attended a few event summits in Akure, I was at the recent P-square summit 4.0 edition and Event business experience. Am the founder / CEO of, Elemu Igbalode. It was founded in 2020. We are majorly for events and sometimes we do daily deliveries on request.
How do you come about the name Elemu Igbalode and what inspired you?
Thanks so much, the name Elemu is from emu (palm wine) and Igbalode means modernization. We try to combine the two to form Elemu igbalode. Our mission is to bring back our culture in a modernized way, everyone seems to be evicted from our roots, so I thought the concept of elemu igbalode will bring back memories of the good old days in a modernized paparazzi way. Don’t forget that, back in the olden days, parties are not complete without Emu (palm wine) and with elemu igbalode, we are ready to take our guests back to memory lane.
Palm wine is very common within our environment, how do you source for it?
We are known for our trademark and I will say, it had helped us in the past. Having Elemu Igbalode at your event, you can be sure of 100% correct palm wine. I source the palm wine from the small villages around us in Akure. As I said at Elemu Igbalode, we are more concerned about giving our clients the best of all palm wine, the undiluted palm wine, and by so doing, we get the best at all means. We are always ready to spice our client's event with our Elemu paparazzi.
Why palm wine and not other drinks
Palm wine has lots of benefits such as helping fight cancer, it contains vitamin B and C which is very good for the eye, hair and skin health, it increases breast milk for nursing mothers and also increases the body's general well being.
