..... As wife Ibiere relocated aboard
Famous Nigerian stand-up comedian, Julius Agwu’s 14-year-old marriage to his wife, Ibiere Maclayton has crumbled.
Ibiere, according to multiple reports, has abandoned her matrimonial home, reverted to her maiden name, and traveled abroad with their kids.
According to sources close to the couple, “She took care of him for sometimes but there were cracks in the union.
“Maybe she got tired of the current situation—cash flow wasn’t as when Agwu was stupendously rich and healthy. She must have been tired of the situation and left Agwu who isn’t as fit as before.’’
The couple had been going through trying times for some years on account of Agwu’s ill health….the sources said
The comedian, singer, and writer was in 2015 diagnosed with a brain tumour.
