.........Charges Government On Insecurity
The President/Founder of Olumuyiwa Daramola Foundation (ODF), Dr. Olumuyiwa Daramola has felicitated with Muslims in Nigeria, especially Muslims across the 18 Local Government Areas of Ondo State, on the conclusion of the 30 days Ramadan fast.
Dr. Olumuyiwa Daramola urged them to sustain the good values and teachings/tenets of Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W) they imbibed during the Holy Month, a sacred month which a vast majority of people, Muslims and non-Muslims alike, can attest to its holiness.
He admonished the Muslim faithfuls that the lessons and massive generosity inherent in the month are huge and must be sustained even beyond the month, especially now that everyone is looking up to God for the healing of our land and restoration of peace and tranquillity in Nigeria, the absence of which has made life and existence very excruciating.
Olumuyiwa, a medical practitioner based in the US, also called on both Federal and state governments to address the high spate of insecurity in the country, in other to make life, property and investments safe in the country.
The Ode-Aye-born philanthropist said only a secured environment can guarantee safety of lives, property and investments. As part of its efforts to felicitates with Muslims in Ondo South, the Foundation (ODF) distributed foods and other household items to Muslim faithfuls in Ikale communities in the Ondo South Senatorial District of Ondo State, two weeks ago. The communities are Irele: Ajagba; Okitipupa; Ilutitun and Ode-Aye among others in Ikale.
