According to Pastor Ituah Ighodalo during a funeral service for Ayodeji on Sunday while mitering at the burial, he said  “2 o’clock this morning, I  received a news that shattered my life but life must go on and here we are today. So, I have just come to speak to us very peacefully on something I have called Life. Life! Life! Life!
“Life is a deep mystery. There’s no one human being no matter how wise they are like Solomon who can say to you that they fully understand life.
“I was telling some people.. I think yesterday or today (laughs …and things have come back in its ways) that we don’t have control over most things in life.
“You don’t have a control of how you were born, who gave birth to you, of whose womb you came, your complexion, your race, your colour, that of your eyes, your heights, and even very limited control over your weight.
“Some people struggle over their weight. They eat small and they grow fat; some eat much and they grow thin. And they are all confused all other the place. So, nobody has control over life.
“This time yesterday, if anyone had told me that today this is the way thing would be, I would say it’s not possible. How can it be possible?  But this is how life is?  This is how life is. Life is nothing.”
ONE OF HER INTERVIEWS
As a socialite,  late Ighodalo was famed for occasionally gifting packages and cash prizes to Nigerians while running a non-profit brand created to raise awareness on issues pertaining to infertility.
In 2018, she had opened up on going through IVF on 11 occasions; the social pressure that accompanied her fertility journey; and her quest to find happiness, all of which she said birthed her foundation.
“It gets to a point where you just really want children. You want company. I mean your husband is your friend, he’s your best friend, but you guys go to work together,” she had told Channels TV.
“You guys come back. After a while, you want to plan a family. You just want people. You want kids around you. After going through  11 times. 11 IVF is not a joke when you’re doing IVF
“I just woke up one morning on my birthday. I sit down, I pray, I have a conversation with God. ‘Last year of my life, I achieved this, I’ll love this to happen’… I write things down and we talk.
“I said to him, ‘You know what, I am not doing this IVF again. How you’re going to do it, I don’t know, but I’m trusting you. And I heard, ‘In the meantime, just help as many people as you can’.”
It was also gathered by an inside source that before she leaves for Port Harcourt, she was at Ibadan to check her father's burial ground.
